    To the previous poster: He did star in like 2 movies. They were huge failures though. Him and Bob Zmuda almost did a movie on Tony Clifton's life. It would've been grrrreat!
    Read the book "Kaufman Revealed" by his best friend Bob Zmuda if you want to learn about this genius. Definitely a MUST for anybody who knows how to read.

    Andy Kaufman never got a chance to star in a movie but I'm sure he would have been great! He was one of the best comedians of the 70's. His life was cut way too short. A great live performer.
