through on camera, captivating audiences. Austin's mom, Karrie, feels
that acting was a natural thing for her young son, who as a baby would
often entertain crowds in stores by doing "things like raise his eyebrows
at girls and make them laugh."

Austin has gone on to appear as "Watson B. Badger," the lead role in
Disney's Inspector Badger and also in The Legend of John Henry (1973) and
an episode of "Providence" (1999). He has also starred in well over 30
national television commercials and provided voice work for Disney's
feature Treasure Planet (2002) as "Young Jim Hawkins". In 2002, Austin's
work on "NYPD Blue" (1993) won him the Young Artist Award for Best
Performance in a Drama Series For Actors Under Ten and he was also
selected as a presenter and a nominee for the Young Artist Awards 2003. A
talented singer and student of ballet and tap dancing, Austin enjoys the
same activities as most boys his age; he loves to camp and ride his bike
and attends Tai Kwando classes.
