Brendan Sexton III is an American actor whose work has included primarily smaller, independent films.
He made his debut in Todd Solondz's Welcome to the Dollhouse playing the troubled bully Brandon...( read more) McCarthy, for which he was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award.
He was the lead in Hurricane Streets and Desert Blue and also appeared in Boys Don't Cry and Black Hawk Down as well as the cult films Empire Records and Pecker. He most recently starred in The Marconi Bros. alongside Tony winner Dan Fogler and in Jonathan Blitstein's new indie film Let Them Chirp Awhile alongside Justin Rice (from Andrew Bujalski's Mutual Appreciation). He now manages a Hip Hop group in New York.
