Chris Egan mini-bio: Christopher Andrew Egan (born June 29, 1984) is an Australian actor probably best known for playing Nick Smith in the Australian soap opera Home and Away for three years. His middle name, Andrew, is the name of his father.

Egan was born in Sydney, Australia. During his career as an actor, he has appeared in several commercials and even done some modelling but his ability and ambition for acting came when he performed in the Glen Street production of Les Misérables and West Side Story. He has also been trained in singing and dancing and has been part of several Eisteddfods.

I've been rewatching some old classic H & A clips on youtube and it suprised me just how young Chris looked (I guess I was younger then too so I didn't really realise)it is really great to see him moving into movies and I can't wait to see him getting more recognition.
As for the good old Home and Away days, in my head Nick and Jade stayed together :)
