She was raised mostly by her mother while her father was away as a conman, theif, and smuggler. She eventually ran away and became a theif herself, until she tried to steal Prometheus with SG-1 on board. She helped them at first only for her own gain, until she began to learn what was really important, with their help, especially Daniel. | | Inspiration for character: | | Occupation: Member of SG-1 | | Personality type: Outgoing and flirtatious to a fault. | | Signature look: Pigtails | | Resides: SGC | | Relationships: Has a strong friendship with Daniel Jackson, with possible romantic interest. Husband Tomin, although she only married him because she was stranded in the Ori galaxy, and she feared the Ori would kill her if they discovered she was pregnant outside of marriage. Tomin was always a good man at heart and eventually came around and realized the Ori are evil. Although Vala doesnt love Tomin, she cares about him a great deal. Vala's daughter, Adria, who the Ori impregnated her with and used as a bridge for the Ori to use their powers on humans. Adria aged rapidly and was a full grown woman within a week. She killed thousands of people in the name of the Ori. After she is poisoned by Ba'al she ascends where she takes on the full power of the Ori, before she is killed by Morgan Le Faye. We also meet Vala's father, Jacek, who is a greedy and manipulative man.
