He is such a great Actor in lord of the Rings. It a shame the show had to end..as if it was to keep going longer the more you get the see of Ian Mckellen

Ian McKellan is the schnazziest man I have ever witnessed on film. Gandalf is the coolest thing since the beatles! You know Magneto is cool too but he was bad but we all still loved him because Ian McKellan played him. Love You!

i know this is "a fan-driven page" ,but who cares, for anyone who cares- i totally admire ian mckellen- he is soooo awesome- my fav actor for my entire life, unrivaled. true, i'm a big gandalf fan, i've been so before LOTR came out, but- give me credit- i like i.mckellen in all his movies- not just LOTR- that'd be unfair. so there- he is my favorite actor in the whole world and i'm rly grateful for everything's he's done- it's really awesome!!!!

You probably won't read this but a massive thank-you for bringing two of my favourite childhood characters (Gandalf/Magneto) to life and making them every inch of what I imagined them to be. Also I wish you could of been my english teacher as you make Shakespear interesting!
