Ian McKellen is SUCH a TERRIFIC actor! Probably one of THE BEST actors of all time. I can't begin to say just how ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC of an actor he is! I love his voice. He has such a great deep powerful voice that is just SO great on SO many levels. He is definitely one of my all time favorite actors.
There is no actor that could have done better than him in all his roles and I admire him for that.
Keep up your GREAT WORK Ian! You are doing SUCH a FANTATSIC job on all of the movies that you have done and are doing. God bless you.

A great actor and I love all the movies that I've seen, I know there are still a couple I have not had a chance to view but believe me the ones that I've had left me wanting to watch for more like Lord of the Ring's saga ( I've actually seen them all) The DaVinci Code, X-Men 1& 2, Emile and of course FLushed Away ( one of the best animated films I've seen in a while). I pray the Lord gives you many years so you can continue to entertain us as you only can. GOD Bless you!

Ian McKellen is one of the best actors I have seen. I could watch his movies over and over again. The best parts were played in the X-Men movies, and this guy is awesome.

There was no other who could have been suited to be Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings. Sir McKellen deserved the role without question, and showed his unbeatable qualities in entirety throughout the LOTR trilogy.
Sir McKellen, having been part of virtually every role thinkable that an actor would dream of, is virtually able to play any role that the human mind could ever conjure. In conclusion, it is absolutely safe to call him the best actor in the world. Hands down, without question.

I don't know who wrote that biography, but I'm starting to believe it! He's one of the best.

Also shows an intelligence and soveriegnty that no matter what he says, not only do u believe him, but he sounds smart saying it. every role he plays could only be played by him. u could get will smith playing rocky balboa, seriously, but Ian can not be undersold or in anyway topped in the roles he plays.
