Jeff Kober mini-bio: Jeff Kober was born on December 18,1953,in Billings,Montana. Interested in the arts from an early age,Kober went through several careers(rancher,waiter,musician),before landing in L.A. and pursuing an acting career. Kober's first television role was a non-billed one as an extra on the series"V". He went on to co-star in highly acclaimed Vietnamese war drama China Beach and the cult series Kindred:The Embraced. Kober has also guest starred on a number of highly rated series. These include: Law and Order:Special Victim's Unit,CSI-LV,ER,Criminal Minds,The Closer,Crossing Jordan,Buffy,the Vampire Slayer,and 24. Mr. Kober's film career began with a role in the thriller Out of Bounds. This role was the beginning of his signature "bad guy" characters. Kober's other film appearances include,Tank Girl,The First Power,Lucky Stiff,Session Man,Lucid,The Maker,Defining Maggie,Enough,Alien Nation,Viper, World Without Waves,and The Hills Have Eyes2. Mr.Kober is also a talented writer and artist. He was the artist behind the paintings attributed to his character on the series Kindred:The Embraced. Mr.Kober is also the author of Art That Pays:The Emerging Artist's Guide to Making A Living,along with Adele Slaughter.
