He shares an L.A. apartment with his older brother Ben Foster. Jon is currently starring in ABC's "Life As We Know It" (2004).

Jon Foster...Jon Foster..WHERE DO I START?!?!?he is Jon Foster!!He plays the very Lovealbe character of Ben in Tvs Best Show EVER 'Life as we know it'. He rocks the screen! Cute little ben having a major crush on his hight school teacher.
This is a quoate from the 1st ep "They say boys think about sex every fifteen seconds. I think about it every five seconds. I mean I'm thinking about it right now. now..now and now. I mean thats less then 5 seconds, how are you ment to go to school when all you can think about is sex?!..and then they hire teachers like Miss Young! I mean why would they hire her, shes to distracting! How am i ment to be reading while shes at her desk, all i can think about is doing her on her desk!"

and yes i did type all that out by heart....Hes such a good actor!!and i love him ;)
