| Julia Stiles Biography: | | |
A New York native, Julia Stiles is the epitome of today's young, smart actresses.
The starlet has performed in a variety of roles and genres, some successful, others less so, but therein lies the beauty of youth and talent—as she finds herself in the world of film, she can afford to make mistakes and take risks.
And many of those risks have panned out well for the 27-year-old Stiles.
She has been a part of three Shakespeare-inspired films: 10 Things I Hate About You (1999) Hamlet (2000) and O (2001)
Teen romantic movies like Save the Last Dance (1999) and The Prince and Me (2004);
The star-studded Mona Lisa Smile (2003) and the Bourne series; as well as darker, more complex roles in State And Main (2000) and The Business Of Strangers (2001).
Heralded over and over as a promising young star, Julia Stiles is only at the beginning of what looks like will be a meteoric rise to stardom.
Julia Stiles Quote:
What I look for in a guy is passion and ambition and there's nothing sexier than intellect, so hopefully that would be reciprocated.
