  1. Spent nearly two years competing in rodeo events during a break from acting in the 1990s; won rodeos in Phoenix and Albuquerque.
  2. Remained close with his former stepdaughter Michelle Kath (from his marriage to Camelia Kath) and gave her away at her 2003 wedding.
  3. Kiefer used to be engaged to Julia Roberts. The wedding was called off three days before the decided date when Julia ran off to Europe with Jason Patric, Kiefer's co-star from The Lost Boys. In April 2007, Kiefer publicly stated that he forgives Roberts saying they were both "young and silly." He also added that he has yet to forgive Patric saying "We were friends. I never got a call."
