Lauren Graham mini-bio: She is best known for her starring role as Lorelai Gilmore on Gilmore Girls. She graduated from Barnard College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Lauren then moved to Texas where she earned a Master's Degree in Acting from Southern Methodist University in 1992. Graham moved to Los Angeles in 1995, where she landed a role as
Richard's girlfriend, Shelly, in the first season of Caroline in
the City. She then played in shows such as NewsRadio, Conrad Bloom
and Townies, M.Y.O.B. and Law and Order, with guest appearances on
Seinfeld and Third Rock From the Sun.
Her first feature film was the thriller 'Nightwatch'.
