 Luke Goss is an English singer and actor. As part of the pop duo Bros, along with his brother, Matt, Luke received a Brit award for best newcomer. He played New York's Madison Square Gardens, filled Wembley Arena 10 times, and sold out Wembley Stadium to a full audience of 68,000 people. He has completed 2 world tours, released 13 hit singles in the UK, 3 albums, and the video of his album 'The Big Push' sold 250,000 copies, which was a record at the time. When Bros broke up in the early 90s, Luke began a solo career, as well as forming the band Luke Goss and the Band Of Thieves. Luke wrote his autobiography, 'I Owe You Nothing' in 1993, which spent several weeks in the top 10 best sellers list, and had 3 reprints.He then decided to persue an acting career. After many offers, Luke accepted the lead role in the musical 'Plan 9 From Outer Space', based on the Ed Wood screenplay. British magazine Empire said, "His move is a shrewd one". In February 1997, he starred in the touring musical 'What A Feeling', which played to full houses all over the UK. After seeing his performance at London's Palladium Theatre, the producers of the hit musical 'Grease' offered him the starring role as Danny in the West End production. His performance was a huge success in London, and he continued the role in the touring show, which was voted the most successful British tour two years in a row. He turned to acting fulltime, with his first big movie role being as Nomak in Blade II in 2002, and most recently as Prince Nuada in Hellboy II: The Golden Army in 2008. He is also set to star in Tekken, to be released in 2009. In 1994, he married back up singer Shirley Lewis who has worked with Elton John, George Michael, and Luther Vandross among other. He has one stepdaughter. In January 2007, he moved to Los Angeles, but still maintains a residence in London. |

Dam better actor than singer in my eyes lol
I sat down to watch Hellboy II last night looking forward to it as i loved the first one. From the first time Goss steped foot on screen i could see this was going to be a great performance, and it was!
Didnt think i could see he as a better villan than he played in Blade II but he pulled it off. Great acting made the film come to life and stole the show.
