name was Hilda Christian Sperr. She made her big screen debut in 1936 in the movie
Heart of the West (with William Boyd adn James Ellison), where she played Sally
Jordan. She was the only female character in the movie. She also played in Stage
Door with such big stars as Lucille Ball, Ginger Rogers and Katharine Hepburn.
