Without Brando, acting would have never been the same. It was his revolutionary acting style that prompted such greats as Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Robert Duvall, Johnny Depp, etc.
The Godfather, On the Waterfront, Apocalypse Now, A Streetcar Named Desire, Guys and Dolls... all of these fantastic films were made great by his electric performances.posted 651 days ago -

I love Marlon Brando. He was so good looking when he was young that it's hard to describe. I loved his preformance in "A Streetcar Named Desire","Guys and Dolls", and "One Eyed Jacks". He wasn't all just good looks but, he was a very talented actor.

he was a legend of his time, i stil believe he was a real mafia, for him to have acted so naturally. our generation might never have someone with such a talent again.

he's my favourite actor. He was the first actor i saw when i was a little girl that made a real impact on me when i saw him in on the waterfront (which is my favourite film). He was a great actor (not all his films were good choices) and will be missed.

How come "scrabble without a clause" is not listed as one of his movies?

Marlon Brando was the single greatest actor of the 20th century. If it wasn't for Marlon Brando we wouldn't have Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Johnny Depp, Dustin Hoffman, Sean Penn.....to name a few He influenced a whole generation of people to act. The Godfather, Last Tango In Paris, Street Car Named Desire & On The Waterfront are some of the greatest performances ever captured on film

Aww, I wish I could have known him. I just recently watched the TCM documentry on him. He was incredibly charming and very talented. In my heart Brando, you'll always have class, you're not a bum, let's face it.
