Montgomery Clift is incredible.

Montgomery lived a tragic life but in my opinion was one of the best actors. He put emotion into his characters and keeps you watching his performances. I believe his best performance has got to be as George Eastman in George Steven's A Place In The Sun. He gives a thrilling performance in which you hope he comes out fine in the end. He was such a talented actor!

Montgomery Clift was an incredible actor, and he truly helped define "old Hollywood" and Hollywood in general. More people should find out about him, and realize how much of a talented actor he was. Even though he was nominated for an Oscar 4 times, and didn't win once. He is number 1 in my book, and he deserved every Oscar he was nominated for and more. But I hope Monty is resting in peace.
