  • Nicole and Ewan McGregor had to wear harnesses for the elephant scene as they were 60 feet off the ground.
  • Nicole fractured two ribs and injured her knee during rehearsals of a dance scene. Filming was halted for two weeks after the injuries. Any scenes where you see Nicole from the chest up had been shot while she was sitting in a wheelchair while recovering from her injuries. She was also in the wheelchair during the filming of the song "A real actress!"
