Contrary to what it says in her biography up there, Paris Hilton is not an author. Hiring a ghost writer to pen a book and then publishing it under her name does not make her an author. Calling her an author is an insult to authors everywhere. I know this, because I'm an author, and I'm insulted.

Oh, and she's not an actress either. Just because she appears in half a dozen really stupid movies like "Pledge This" and "House of Wax", that doesn't mean she's an actress. If everyone who ever appeared on a strip of celluloid could be called an actor or actress, then John McCain could be called an actor for his cameo appearance in "Wedding Crashers".
