Phoebe Strole mini-bio: Phoebe Strole grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and later graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama.

She was selected to originate the role of Anna in the groundbreaking stage musical Spring Awakening. The off-Broadway run of the show soon led to Broadway, and eight Tony Awards including Best Musical.

As part of the hit show’s original cast, Ms. Strole can be heard performing on the Grammy Award-winning (for Best Musical Show Album) soundtrack CD. She continues to star in the Broadway production.

Her television credits include guest arcs on Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Rescue Me. She also appeared on-screen in a small role in Talia Lugacy’s Descent, starring Rosario Dawson.
