I totally agree, Shane Meadows is a refreshing change much needed. I became an instant fan after watching 'Dead Man's Shoes' and have worked my way through most of the others and I tell anyone who will listen about his work.

Shane Meadows has set a standard that other British Directors will find hard to follow.
