What really works is the revolution, not this foreigner bullshit offering "help" Uganda. What Uganda needs is the cultural, revolutionary education to instruct them to change their own history.

They need education right? You just said so yourself. That's what this program does, it's not gonna completely overhaul the nation and turn it peaceful overnight, but sending thousands of kids to school instead of them getting killed, or used as child soldiers is well worth it
