Tamsin Egerton, originally born Tamsin Egerton-Dick, is a British actress
and model. By the tender age of 17 she had already graced our TV screens
in adaptations such as Sherlock Holmes and the Silk...( read more) Stocking 2004, which
starred Rupert Everett, ‘Sir Gadabout, the Worst Knight in the Land’ 2002
and ‘The Mists Of Avalon’ 2001. Tamsin has also appeared in the TV series
‘Napoleon’ 2002, which featured Isabella Rossellini and John Malkovich.
She was thrilled to win a role in British film ‘Keeping Mum’ in which she
starred alongside Rowan Atkinson, Kristin Scott Thomas, Maggie Smith and
Patrick Swayze. Her latest projects due out towards the end of 2006 are
‘Driving Lessons’ with Julie Walters and Rupert Grint. She was also to
star as Katrina in Eragon, but the scenes which she featured in were
removed from the final cut.
Tamsin continues to also build up her television credits with recent
appearances in ‘Silent Witness’ for the BBC, as well as her portfolio as a
professional model.
