Toby still lives in the rented Shore Ditch council flat that he fixed up himself
Toby was keen on acting whilst at school and was encouraged by his Drama Teacher.
Shane Meadows had previoulsy cast Toby in a film with Paddy Considine where Considine was to play a Youth Leader who turns vigilante, beating up druggies in a park etc, Toby was meant to play a hooligan who befriends him. The film never went ahead and of course the three went on to work on Dead Man's Shoes together.
