This guy has had so many memorable roles...in Batman, in Conan the Barbarian, in Harcore...so many. A great, dependable actor. Never leaves you forgetting his performance.

Mr. Walter was one of the best characters in REPO MAN. He was like the character that tied all the weirdness together. Anyone remember "Shrimp on a Plate?" That was his line. He is a classic character actor. Love this guy.
