I agree Vin Diesel does pick roles that suit is ability. He so far has picked roles that don't require talent and he has delivered! xXx is crap, pitch black is watchable, but even Judi Dench couldn't save chronicles of riddick from being so terrible.

Dave, you're right. we are entitled to our own opinions. On the fact of knowing his middle name - i usually research before forming a critique!!! Plus if u look to your left as you right a comment on details I saw his details were wrong, but then I realised they were on the main page!! I mean everyone has different tastes, you like David Fincher, I like David Fincher. You like Jim Carey, I hate Jim Carey. You hate Vin Diesel, I like Vin Diesel. All it comes down to is difference of opinion.
For someone who "doesn't" like Vin Diesel you sure do know alot about him (ie. his middle name).

I think that you are one of the most talented actors there haas ever been, there is certainly no-one like you and shame on all those try hards that think they are or could ever be.

He's a one-dimensional actor - xXx was terrible!!! Even more unrealistic than Bond films and Bond films are renowned for their unrealistic sequences. He's also very monotonic and too broody.
