Wilmer Valderrama is an American comic actor, most famous for the role of Fez in the sitcom That '70s Show. As of 2006, he is the host of the MTV series Yo Momma. Valderrama was born in Miami, Florida...( read more) to Colombian immigrant parents. They moved to Venezuela when he was three years old, and again moved to Los Angeles from Venezuela at the age of fourteen. He didn't speak a word of English upon his arrival, but he quickly learned the language in school and began drama classes during high school. He has said that he learned his english from watching I love Lucy.
In 1998, Valderrama had his first career success in the role of Fez in the television series That 70s Show. The character he played, a foreign-exchange student, had a naive personality, a thick accent, and a name so confusing he was nicknamed "Fez" (for "foreign exchange student").
After the show ended in 2006, he became the main host of the MTV game show Yo Momma. He currently is also the voice for Manny Garcia in the Disney cartoon Handy Manny.
Valderrama was previously in serious relationships with several high profile starlets including Mandy Moore and Lindsay Lohan.
Valderrama co-owns three restaurants: Dolce, The Lodge, and Geisha House.
