Bio: Born in Sydney, Australia in 1973, Adam trained at the renowned Capital DanceStudios in Sydney. On finishing his training, he landed a role in the Australianproduction of Hot Shoe Shuffle, which, when brought to the West End, marked hisLondon stage debut. He maintained a strong presence in London theatre, with a seriesof roles including that of 'Young Al' in 'Birdy,' 'Doody' (one of the famousT-Birds) in Grease, the lead in Saturday Night Fever (a Robert Stigwood production)which earned him an Olivier Award nomination, 'Chris' in Marta Emmit's CadillacRanch, and 'Tyler' in the Olivier nominated production Where Do We Live?On film Adam has tackled a wide variety of roles, he played the lead in Bootmendirected by Dein Perry in 2000 and then that same year played the lead male role of'Kevin' in the Bruckheimers Coyote Ugly. He had central roles in The First $20Million Is Always The Hardest for 20th Century Fox, and in Columbia Tristar's Ridingin Cars with Boys, alongside Drew Barrymore. Adam was also the voice of Warner Bros.Kangaroo Jack in 2003 and in 2004 starred as the key male character of English rockstar 'Stu Wolff' opposite Lindsay Lohan in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.
Last year saw the international release of Love's Brother in which Adam played thelead role of 'Gino.' Directed by Jan Sardi and also starring Giovanni Ribisi and JoePetruzzi, it won the Crystal Heart Award and the Truly Moving Sound Award at theHeartland Film Festival Indianapolis, and Grand Award and Gold Award for Best Filmat the Houston Film Festival in September. It was also nominated in six categories,including Best Film, at the Australian Film Institute. Also last year audiences sawAdam in Miss Marple: Body in the Library (ITV1 2004). Set in 1950 and he featuredalongside an all star cast including Geraldine McEwan as Miss Marple and TaraFitzgerald, Jack Davenport, Joanna Lumley, Simon Callow and David Walliams.
