Ann Ayars
Bio: Actress Ann Ayars launched her career as a singer in the 1930s. She started acting in the early '40s, and made her film debut in Dr. Kildare's Victory (1941). She appeared regularly in features through 1943, then left Hollywood to become the New York City Opera's leading lyric soprano.
