He has also made several guest appearances on episodes of television shows, such as Press Gang, Doctor Who, Casualty, Cadfael and Felicity. He also has acted in several television movies, and many stage productions.Shortly before his father, actor Tony Anholt died, Christien married his longtime girlfriend by the name of Carly. Anholt and his wife currently reside in Chiswick, England. They have no children.
