Bio: At six years old Devon won a role in the feature film Simon Birch (1998).The following year, he was cast in his first major role playing RebaMcEntire's son in the CBS Movie Special Secret of Giving (1999) (TV). At the age of nine, Devon was cast in an independent film, Throttle(2002), and shortly thereafter, he won the lead role in It's Better to BeWanted for Murder Than Not to Be Wanted at All (2003), a 20th Century-FoxSearchlab's short film, for which he received a Young Artists Awardnomination for "Best Actor in a Short Film". At eleven, he flew to Russia,where he played opposite Anne Archer, as a mysterious Russian street boy, inthe dramatic thriller, The Iris Effect (2004). Six months later, Devon wascast from a nationwide search, to co-star as Tim Munn in United Artists'suspense-thriller, Undertow (2004), winning the 2005 Young Artists Award forhis amazing performance as a sickly Southern boy with eating disorders.When not working, Devon is an avid video game player, loves skiing, jetskiing, running track, and is soon to receive his black belt in Kanzen BudoKai, a form of karate.
