One of the many co-founders of the multimedia-driven theatrical revue christened Shockheaded Peter (which combined music, puppetry, pantomime, and other forms for a series of surrealist visual displays), Bleach began to land high-profile big-screen work in the mid-2000s, starting with roles in a pair of adult-oriented fantasy films: Terry Gilliam's The Brothers Grimm (2005, as Letorc) and Tarsem Singh's The Fall (2006, as a mystic).
