Though his character didn't last very far into the second season, Garrison parlayed his success into a part in the Mark Wahlberg action thriller Shooter, released in the spring of 2007. Garrison's burgeoning film career, however, was set back when the actor pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge stemming from an incident in December 2006.
