Bio: A 1970 graduate of Paris' Institut de Formation Cinematographique, Portuguese filmmaker Luís Galvão Teles spent his early career involved with militant cinema. Teles, José Fonseca e Costa, and Jorge Marecos Duarte teamed up in 1978 to found Filmform.
