With the 1967 "mod" seriocomedy Charlie Bubbles, Medwin switched hats to become a producer; his subsequent productions have included such off-the-track fare as If... (1968) and O Lucky Man (1973) etc. Even while producing, Medwin occasionally kept his hand in the acting game.
