Other important Adair films include the PBS documentary look at anti-nuclear activists, Stopping History (1983), and The AIDS Show (1986), which Adair co-directed with Oscar-winning filmmaker Robert Epstein. The latter venture was comprised of many famous and outspoken artists performing on behalf of the fight against the deadly disease. Adair made one more documentary in 1991, AIDS, Absolutely Positive, a series of 12 interviews with HIV positive people that included himself.
