Sandra is currently best known for her singing and portraying the title role of Marina in Telemundo's highest rated and internationally syndicated telenovela. Her career began at 14 years old when Sandra's voice wowed the judges at an international talent competition. Since then, she has performed in over 200 concerts worldwide, recorded two albums and collaborated with some of Mexico's best known recording talent.

It was her recognition as a popular singer that led to her being offered the title role of Marina, the struggling yet irrepressible young heroine whose resourcefulness triumphs over adversity and plotting foes. The universal qualities of Sandra's "Marina" has created a deeply loyal fan following around the world and has led to endorsements, film work and more concerts.
