Subsequently realizing that he had little choice but to resort back to his first love of acting, Piazza hit the boards hard and never looked back. He started out as a prolific New York stage actor before making the transition to film and television, honing his acting skills in productions of Baby Steps and A Match Made in Heaven. Appearances in Law & Order: Criminal Intent, The Sopranos, and Rescue Me found the rising star becoming a familiar face to television viewers, with additional roles in such independent films as Rocket Science, Goodbye Baby, and Apology showing great promise for a feature film career. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
