She played Jenny Diver opposite Laurence Olivier's MacHeath in The Beggar's Opera (1953). And she was featured prominently in Fellini's La Dolce Vita (1961), Polanski's Repulsion (1964) and Chabrol's The Champagne Murders (1966).
