As said before, you can use the 'email us' link at he bottom of the page to email the flixster staff and tell the the names of movies that aren't int he database.

First make sure that the movie really isn't in the database however. We all make typos ; ).

A minor annoyance: After I edit a post I am directed back to the first page of the thread.
It would be nice to see this corrected.

i've been trying my ass off to write Comments/Reviews of some movies but not either one of them waz displayed later .... how the hell can i solve this problem ... ?

First make sure that the button says "saved" after you click it, second, you sometimes have to wait a while before the reviews will register on your profile, and third, if you are using a device like a PSP, it often times wont work at all.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but if you meant hat you would like to put it in a forum post, well... you can't. Flixster does not allow most code in talk messages or forum posts.

But, you could always just tell people to go to your profile, where your most recent reviews will be anyways.

I'm having a problem with the movie comment feature (sometimes). You see often I write a review for a film and click save, like normal. But sometimes when I go to my profile it isn't there, but I just put it down to the server taking a few minutes to put it on my profile. But sometimes when I go back to the page for the film I just reviewed, it says I haven't written a review! After I have taken ages writing it. So now I try to be on the safe side and save my review before I save it on here. But it is just really irritating. The review (when it eventually accepts it) doesn't show up for a few hours. Please help!

How do I get Flixter to stop spamming my contacts from my email box? I made the mistake of trusting Flixster with my email contact list and it is still sending messages to all my contacts. What do I do to stop this intrusion?

I've had that problem as well freaky. It seems to take a few minutes to show up but sometimes it does take longer for some reason. As long as u save ur review it should come up within a few minutes

Right I need to know how to make skins on paint.. However when I resize my dimensions to match the guide like 250 pixles by 35 pixles and I try to publish it on Flixter it always says my skin it too big.. I checked the height and width of the skin I wa making and it was the correct size I even made sure I put it in Pixles anyway I tried again and its still saying Dimensions are too big.. I have to save my work in a BITMAP file im wondering if that is the problem..? Do I need to save it in a JPEG or GIF file?

Well I don't think the dimensions are he problem, there is a filesize limit however.

And yes, it would be a good idea to save you files as JPEGs or GIFs as they are alot more compressed.

Paint is generally not a good choice to use for this sort of thing, as its compression sucks.

The filesize limits are posted along with the dimension limits in the 'how to' guide of making skins. make sure your files don't go over those sizes.

You can use anything you'd like to do skins. Paint isn't recommended though :P.

try clearing your temporary internet files and erasing your cookies.

I don't know why you would want to but you can delete your account by going to my account and going to the bottom of the page and then click cancel my account

add ons, i can only log in to flixster at skool, not at home, any way to fix it so i can go on lixter at home?

I cant put any videos into my scrapbook. When i am veiwing the movies if i click "add to scrapbook" it wont let me add it and it wont let me view other videos eather.

got to your profile and select the 'change skin' button underneath your picture.

Alternatively, if you go to someones profile and they have a skin you like, you can select 'grab this skin' underneath the main profile box where it displays all of their information.
