I love all of the manga the is featured in shonen jump magazine. My other favorites would be Beet the Vandle Buster, Ultimate Muscle and Death Note. And none of this I watch because when they make movies or tv shows of this stuff they murder it. I'm not very happy with the anime tv shows they make off of the original graphic novels.

I don't like anime and I am not afraid to say it! The whole world has gone crazy 4 it but it is just a massive trend. B4 llong no one will remember the lil cartoon ppl with funny looking eyes.
I'm new to anime, so I don't watch a lot. I like Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist but most of all, i LUV AVATAR. I love the characters, the story and the bending. I t is very entretaining for all ages. I f u haven't seen it, do it already.
For manga I've only read one whole series "Crescent Moon" but that is going to be my favorite manga series forever no matter what other manga I read. It was the perfect manga series for me and my friends. As for Anime it depends on either if it's a tv series or movie but either way I could never name them all.

P.S. anime is not a trend. it's optional for people to like something, maybe where you're from it's a trend but that's not the case cause people just see quality.
As for me I love Japan, teh culture, the boys hehe, the music, language etc and I happen to love drawing animation and anime is a popular choice for fanart so in the artistic industry and visual deisgn it is very useful to know anime as it is a popular target on teh audience. And they don't all have funny eyes >_>
OMG where to start.....my ultimate favorites as of now are: Fruits Basket Naruto Bleach Full Metal Alchemist and Inuyasha but thats only to name the very, very few that i love!!! there r tons of manga/anime I love.
