This is a thread for you to list your top ten films that are embarrassing but you love them anyway. They are either embarrassing because lots of people hate them or they are just plain embarrassing in every way Note - This is not a DIRTY thread so don't take the name completely literally) Here is mine:

10. Romy & Michelle’s High School Reunion – I don’t know what it is but I just love this movie.
9. Mission Impossible 2 – I absolutely love this movie but everyone (especially on Flixster) says it is total rubbish so I guess it’s embarrassing that I like it.
8. xXx – Everyone hates Vin Diesel so automatically says this is rubbish. But it is one of my ALL time favourite action movies. It’s just so damn cool!
7. Good Burger – One of THE cheesiest movies of all time. It’ so embarrassing I can hardly bare it…..but I love it!
6. Kung Pow – Has got to be THE stupidest movie of all time and it makes a mockery of the kung-fu genre, but it is just too damn funny to not be seen!
5. Oceans Twelve – Again the same thing that I have with MI2. I absolutely LOVED this movie but nearly everyone else says it is atrocious.
4. Scary Movie 3 – A lot of people hate this series because it is moronic, but I just couldn’t stop laughing when I watched it.
3. Charlie’s Angels (1&2) – I love these movies. They are some of the best action movies I have seen. (Note – I don’t just love them because of the women in it lol)
2. Legally Blonde – I know it is very much a GIRLY movie but it made me laugh many-a-time.
1. Batman & Robin – One of the all time disappointments and HATED movies by nearly everyone I know. But even though I don’t think it’s FANTASTIC, I don’t think it’s as bad as it is made out to be.

10. SAW (I consider this a guilty pleasure.)
9. Con Air (A lot of people don't like it, but this is one of my favourite action movies. I could watch it over and over.)
8. 10 Things I Hate About You (Doesn't get much attention, and could be considered a more "girly" flick. But I still love this movie anyway.)
7. Starship Troopers (Cheesy science fiction with a comedic undertone. Love it, while many others don't.)
6. Harry Potter movies ( >_> Yep, I actually like these movie enough to go out of my way to see them.)
5. Babe (Sentimental family comedy, and many hate it because of that. I've always liked it though.)
4. Serendipity (100% romance, probably considered a chick-flick. Do I like it only because of Kate Beckinsale?.........probably :P )
3. Dude, Where's My Car? (It's moronic, but it's moronic fun.)
2. Crocodile Dundee (A LOT of Australians hate this movie with a passion. I, though, can see the humour and thoroughly enjoyed it.)
1. Rambo II (Such a great action flick. Don't look further than that though >_> )
Well some of them should be on the list but I don't think Saw should be. I really think it's okay to like this film, in fact it's great. In my opinion it is the best horror film ever, well it's my favourite anyway.
10. Jay and Silent Bob movies(It doesn't matter what it is I just love their movies.)
9. Good Burger( I'm a dude he's a dude, she's a dude, we're all dudes hey. :D )
8. The Ice Harvest(Everyone I know hated this movie and I loved it. A John Cusack film. That always helps.)
7. Elf(A kids movie that I actually enjoy. I don't know why I like this movie but I do.)
6. Hostel(A lot of people couldn't stand this movie but I am one of the few that totally loved it.)
5. Punch Drunk Love(Considered one of the worst Sandler movies and I really enjoyed it. I can't tell you why I did though.)
4. The Girl Next Door(The only thing I need to say is Elisha Cuthbert. DAMN!!)
3. 10 Things I Hate About You(I also really enjoy this film.)
2. The Notebook(100% love story, chick flick whatever you want to call it but I like this movie a lot.)

1. xXx-vin diesel sucks at acting but this movie is a great action movie and stunts are so much better when the actor is doing them
2. jay and silent bob strike back- I don't know why everyone thinks this movie sucks
3. King Kong-a lot of people say the new one sucks compared to the old one
4. house of 1000 corpses- I have no idea people hate this movie but I like it
5. hostel- I like gorey movies
6. the girl next door- people say this movie sucks but I still like it
7. austin powers movies- some people think that these movies are plain stupid but i like them
8. south park bigger longer and uncut- funny movie
9. troy- good war movie
10. waiting- I thought this movie was funny

I HATED Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, I thought it was one of the worst movie of that year. And the funniest part about my reaction to the film is that I really enjoyed most of the other movie that they're in, ie. Chasing Amy, Mallrats.
And Columbiatch - some great choices there! I completely forgot Mortal Kombat, it is so bad......yet oh so good.
Nothing is a guilty pleasure for me. I dont feel guilty for having a different opinion. But these are movies I like that most ppl dont:

I've posted my listed on Movie Patron so I refer you there for my choices (and join up while you're at it!). On another forum I used there was a lot of heated discussion about whether there was such a thing as a guilty pleasure since different people will have different views on a film - one man's crap, is another man's gold.
If I was to suggest "guilty pleasures" it would probably involve films that would either be considered a flop by a large portion of people, "chick" flicks, films aimed at children or films that are flawed in someway but still retains something that entertains me.
These are the films I like that most people give me funny looks about:

The dancing and that hot little chick with the gyrating tookus did it for me.
7) Dukes of Hazzard (with Jessica Simpson)
Watching Jessica Simpson strip down to her pink bikini makes this film more watchable.
6) Captivity
Elisha Cuthbert + Cage + Voyeur = WIN
5) The Village
Not really a bad M. Night film, this film is just misunderstood. It had the perfect recipe as a masterpiece: A good twist near the end, A-list actors, great story, interesting plot, jump-out-of-your-seats scenes I dunno why it failed.
4) All Scary Movie films
It was funny. Not like those Epic and Date movie trash they've been releasing these days. At least this film had the decency to actually have a plot somewhere.
3) Semi Pro
Another one of those misunderstood flick. If Anchorman was such a hit, then why not this one? Will Ferrell's still in it.
2) Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby
I got one word for you: Sacha Baron Cohen as a gay French NASCAR driver.
1) Scoop
Woody Allen and his muse Scarlett Jo goes unnoticed in this 2006 murder comedy flick. I have to say, its one of the better films that came out that year and yet they keep saying that its one of Woody's weakest films.
I don't think I need to explain myself here....so embarrassing.
