futurama is more intelligent than the simpsons (in regards to the jokes) I think both shows are amazing but I do love futurama that little bit more :P

They're making straight to dvd movies. The first "Futurama: Bender's Big Score" is about how Planet Express sees a hostile takeover and Bender falls into the hands of criminals who use him to do evil deeds. It's set to come out in the Fall.
There are 2 more movies coming out for 2008. I'm not sure if they plan on making more movies after 3 or if this is an experiment to see if there are enough fans to restore the series on TV; like Family Guy.
I like Futurama, SimpsonS have out lived their fun. This series is more up to date. Let's just hope that the movies aren't 3 or 4 episodes intertwined.
I just saw this video on YouTube. It was a trailer shown at comic-con and filmed with somebodies cell phone. It is hilarious. The cast are poking fun at the Fox network for canceling them. Futurama Comic-Con
Aaaah how i do feel proud saying i have seen every single episode a minimum of 5 times.. so much i know most of it off by heart... sad perhaps yes.. lol

Futurama is heaps better than the simpsons now, because i've seen the simpsons waay too many times and its getting old.. And i HATE the new episodes.. There so bad..
