Dr. Julian Karswell from "Night of the Demon". Especially during the birthday party scene where he's dressed like a hobo clown... The way he exudes malevolent power with seemingly no effort chills me to the marrow.

Also, I appreciate the way that the 70's portrayed evil robots and computers as being completely devoid of all human resemblance, a trick likely inspired by HAL from 2001
