That money paid to the Internal Revenue Service goes to Parliament? That Congress has money in oil and that is why our gas prices are so high? That we are destroying our own country? Yes, it is 4th of Juli, and there is a lot to celebrate. There is a lot to think about too. We are not as free as we want to be, and if our country crumbles, then we will be looking at pure Fascism folks. It is already a Fascist Government with the cover name "Democracy", but do want the Government to limit our driving? We will lose every Kilo of freedom we have got!
I'm for it. Fascism is great if it is not like "Democracy" Fascism. Being an advocate of pure Fascism, I agree to only being allowed certain amouts of food, only being allowed to drive a certain amount of miles a day, etc. And anything that comes from it. Our country would flourish. And they would be whining all the time, but you could be thrown in jail for being heard complaining about it.
We would always have enough of everything because my family wouldn't be able to buy 10 stalks of celery, and farmers wouldn't have to grow so much crops for food. We would have more resources when we needed them, more money could go into producing our own items for war. There are so many benefits! No Government is perfect. Especially ours. We're cought between the theory of Democracy and the wonderful system of Fascism. Un-snag ourselves from "Democracy" and leave all the snagged and ruined thread behind. Think of how great our country would be.
America is a joke. They are hanging by such thread you speak of. "Un-snag" that thread and prepare to fall to ruins. No, that would unfortunately be impossible. I approve of it, but the world is a massive area. So quite near pure Fascism would do America well. We are failing. Good point Aldrich. First of all, why wouldn't taxes go to the government?Duh. Second, of course some congresspeople have holdings in oil. So do Dick and George. That's most certainly not all of them, though, don't generalize. And the idiots in office just go to show how free we are, 'cause we put them there. The real problem here isn't the policies of our government, it's the lack of education and intelligent thinking in America. It makes me sad every year when ridiculous attak campaigns can ruin a politician who is morally sound.
But that's beside the point. You honestly think America would benefit from Fascism? Fascism is more or less a failed evolution of communism, and communism was a distorted view of Karl Marx's socialist policies to begin with. If America were to change it's approach, which I really don't think it should, it just needs better people in office, it should moce to some form of socialism. Which actually works. You know, Great Britain, France?

Yes, Socialism would benefit the country. Of course it would. And yeah, I think Fascism would benefit us. Just toss our terrible system and bring in the anarchy. Hitler *probably* didn't give a damn about the Jews or the Aryan race on way or another. He just wanted a means to and end to unite and control his country. Jews were an easy mark because Europe was anti-semitic as a whole. It's called pragmatism.

I know someone who is experimenting with "subliminal messages". They are messages included in music that are so fast your brain doesn't process the information outright. But you abide by them because your brain follows it. It's just that you cannot grasp and think about them because they are faster than your mind can handle. It is how a lot of stores get people not to steal. And they believe that someone can use this method to control people. Judas Priest was accused of putting subliminal messages in their music and causing a kid to committ suicide. THAT I think is false.
