meh. as far as private instrument teachers go, $40 an hour is pretty standard...
obviously they don't work for as many hours as say like a full time position in a store or something. so they have to make up for the loss of hours somehow lol.
the better a teacher they are, the more they can charge.
well Emma's 15 so I didn't expect that. no offense Emma =)
and my old piano teacher was like 17-ish and I only payed her $30 for 2 hours so yea.
and my other teacher was Russian. and got a Masters degree in Russia and I only paid $25 an hour. but only cuz she thought I had "potential" and I wanted to quit lol
