Anyone heard of Bruce Willis' next thriller? It's called Surrogates and comes out sept 25th.
here is some plot info-
Set in a futuristic world where humans live in isolation and interact through surrogate robots, a cop (Willis) is forced to leave his home for the first time in years in order to investigate the murders of others’ surrogates.
I've been a fan of Willis for a long time and consider his films Die Hard and The Fifth Element as some of my favorites. glad to see he is in another action movie.
Did you follow any of the Comic Con coverage recently?
This article sums up the Surrogates presentation, in case you haven't seen it.

I've been testing out the ChooseYourSurrogate.com site since I read the article- love these kind of tie-ins. Something to keep my occupied until the films come out.
He has an impressive career and I think that with such strong source material the film should be another in his long list of hits.
anyone familiar with the graphic novel that the film is based on? Same name- "Surrogates" and was written by Robert Vendetti. Pretty interesting premise - each person has an idealized surrogate of themselves that they let live out their lives. Looking forward to seeing how that translates throughout the film.
Same- the movie has a lot going for it. Between Bruce Willis, Robert Venditti's graphic novel AND director Jonathan Mostow, this should be a quality film. Mostow also directed Terminator 3 for those unfamiliar with him.
so far though I have only found one image- hoping to see more footage soon and I'll be sure to post it.
Reviving this thread cause the trailer just came out. Looks like another hit for Bruce if you ask me. I loved the voice over part in the beginning - anyone else caught the trailer yet?
Really? I thought the trailer was very intriguing - they leave you wondering what he can do once he is the only one left (apparently the only one that went off line in time). I just think Bruce Willis is the perfect guy to take on that kind of role. Hopefully we will be seeing more footage soon!
