Ok, I saw this yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised! I actually really liked it, the film was unlike anything i've seen... the picture quality and sound, it was almost like a documentary, and I found it to draw the audience in... I don't see which bit was dull because I wasn't bored. What I didn't really like was Christian Bale. I'm sorry, his accent was too forceful and really irritating.

Everyone keeps saying it was boring, but I've seen it twice and tried and failed to figure out which bit everyone seems to hate and be bored with... You can argue with me 'blaah blaah you're a Johnny Depp fan' but even when he wasn't on screen I still enjoyed the movie...
Most of you must be easily bored and not be able to watch a movie where there isn't bombs, explosions and special effects
Im a Johnny Depp fan, and this wasnt his best movie. It wasnt a bad movie by any means, but it really isnt one of the best of the year. I cant see it being considered so come the end of the year. Johnny Depp and Marion Cotillard were great together, but Christian Bale was weak. There was a lot of distorted historical facts to make Dillinger look better.
