You should also add Sunset Boulevard, Cinema Paradiso, La nuit americaine (I think the translation is Day for night) from Truffaut, The aviator, Bad education from Almodovar, Gods and monsters, Mullholand drive, 800 balas, Singin´ in the rain, Man bites dog and Two weeks in another town. In any case, yours is a very good list.
