Hail to the Chief!

This is a list of movies whose main focus is on Presidents of the United States, real or fictional. And I mean the good ones. Not the evil ones like the guy in "Escape From L.A." ;)

One of the most unsettling endings ever, and Walter Matthau gives a great dramatic performance.

Not strictly historically accurate, but fun, with good music, good acting, and plenty of humor. My favorite non-Disney musical.

When you put together a shortlist of actors to play Richard Nixon, you don't really think of Anthony Hopkins, but damned if he doesn't pull it off with flying colors. The man has mad, mad range as an actor.

Not a single fresh, funny joke in the whole film. (Honestly, how many times have you heard that lame joke about letting the gays marry so that they can be just as miserable as the rest of us?) Robin Williams lays an egg with this stinker, and, as is typical with Hollywood movies these days, there's some unnecessary left-wing propaganda forced in as well.
