The Abyss
[new review coming soon]

Oh, boy what a movie this was. Every scene was very suspenseful. And yes, i do mean nail-biting suspense. I almost had a heart attack. Haha. Not really... but the visuals though at first limited are very impressive for yet another 80s film... other 80s Special Efects for films i am refering to are TRON and Back to the Future. The ending was slightly pathetic, but also a relief to view. I wanted to watch it the second it finished. At some parts it tends to be slow and this only worsens in th extended version [which i have yet to see]. Overall......... this is a glorious film with nothing less than a strapped-in ride that'll make you scream yourself unconscious
